Julia Heineccius is Manager Business Development & Steering Telecommunications at EnBW. After positions at Deutsche Telekom, 1&1 and NetCom BW she brings thirteen years of experience in telecommunications. As a speaker and panelist she talks about strategy, transformation, innovation and servant leadership. With LeadHership she advocates for women in leadership.

Julia Heineccius is responsible for business development and steering of the telecommunications business at EnBW. Before that she supported the development of the telecommunications business as Manager Strategy & Transformation at NetCom BW, shaped the quality strategy as Senior Quality Strategy Manager at 1&1 and worked in wholesale at Deutsche Telekom. Thirteen years at three major players of the German telecommunications industry have filled her toolbox: wholesale, quality strategy, strategy and transformation, business development.
Bringing out the best in organisations and people and delighting customers is what drives her. On stage Julia Heineccius talks about transformation in telecommunications, quality as strategy, innovation and servant leadership in technology-driven organisations. With LeadHership she is committed to women in leadership in an industry where they are still the exception.
Julia Heineccius studied International Management at Technische Hochschule Lübeck (BSc) and at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (MSc) and earned an MBA at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in Brazil in parallel. She lives in Bonn, Germany.

Zuvor hat sie als Managerin Strategie & Transformation bei NetCom BW die Weiterentwicklung des Telekommunikationsgeschäfts begleitet, bei 1&1 als Senior Quality Strategy Manager die Qualitätsstrategie geprägt und bei der Deutschen Telekom im Wholesale gearbeitet. Dreizehn Jahre in drei großen Playern der deutschen TK-Branche haben ihren Werkzeugkoffer gefüllt: Wholesale, Qualitätsstrategie, Strategie und Transformation, Geschäftsfeldentwicklung.
Das Beste aus Organisationen und Menschen zu machen und Kunden zu begeistern ist das, was sie antreibt. Auf der Bühne spricht Julia Heineccius über Transformation in der Telekommunikation, Qualität als Strategie, Innovation und Servant Leadership in technikgetriebenen Organisationen.
